Councillor Georgia Blake
I bought my first home in Potterhanworth in early 2024, and immediately fell in love with its charm. Having grown up in rural Lincolnshire, it didn’t take long for it to feel like home, especially with the help of a warm welcome from all of the residents.
My career is in the retail sector. I currently manage the e-commerce portfolio for a family-run business in Grantham.
I was delighted to be given an opportunity to give back to the village after seeing the wonderful events and activities organised by various groups and the Council. This sense of community spirit is something that takes work to continue, so I’m glad to be able to offer my time to contribute going forward.
