5. To resolve that the notes of meeting held on 18 May 2020 are approved as the Minutes

6. Matters Arising from previous minutes

• Stiles on Footpaths -investigate gates for dogs with LCC
• Bus shelter grant – Cllr Oxby to make further enquiries
• School safety zone – Clerk awaiting news from school
• Play park repairs – fixed price quote for painting from Waldemar Belczynski
• Defibrillator – purchase unit and contact 3 electricians for quotes
• Football pitch drainage and levelling – Cllr Foster to contact grounds person at Golf course
• Grass area in front of Church -discuss with Church
• Christmas lights -to be repaired when access allows
• Policies -clerk to consult with Cllr Lundgren and LALC
• Hedgerow around Playpark -Cllr Orton to contact Stuart Watt end of June
• Footways around village -investigate why some paths have not been resurfaced
• Formulated responses to NKDC regarding planning applications
